Winter Competitive Travel Teams

Our Winter Club teams will participate in the BCCBA (British Columbia Club Basketball Association) Winter League.

All games will take place in Langley or New Westminster.

Teams will travel down for the day and play approximately 2-3 games before returning home.

• December 6th

• January 10th

• January 31st

• February 19th/20th - Playoffs. Overnight trip.

There are two potential options for regular-season league travel:

Option 1 — Team Carpooling
Families coordinate transportation, with approximately 2–3 parent vehicles travelling with the team for each league date.

Option 2 — Team Bus
GW books a 24-passenger bus and driver for league travel. Athletes and coaches would travel together, meaning parents would not be required to make each trip.

The bus option would add approximately $600/player to the season cost.

We will discuss both travel options with each team at the first parent meeting and allow families to determine which option works best for their group.

U12 Boys - Wednesdays

U13 Girls - Wednesdays

U14 Girls - Tuesdays or Wednesdays

Practices begin the week of October 19th and run until playoffs on February 19th/20th

Roster Players: ~ $850/player

The season fee includes:

• Weekly team practices

• Long-sleeve GW warm-up

• Reversible practice jersey

• BCCBA league fees

• Coach honorarium

Practice Players: A reduced season fee will apply. Practice-player fees will not include BCCBA league fees or team travel costs.
