The Vernon Fall Academy is a development-focused program that combines structured skill training with weekly live play. Athletes will participate in one skills and practice session each week, followed by one scrimmage session where they can apply what they have learned in a competitive environment.
There will be no set teams for the season. Players will rotate into different teams each week, encouraging them to adapt to new teammates, develop communication skills, and experience different roles on the court.
