What is Summer Membership?
The GW Summer Membership gives experienced athletes consistent access to structured summer training. This program is designed for athletes who want to stay sharp, build confidence, and continue improving throughout the summer months.
The program includes 25 scheduled training sessions, with the possibility of additional sessions being added throughout the summer. Our goal is to provide athletes with close to 40 hours of structured training, making this one of the best-value development opportunities we offer.
Sessions will focus on skill development, shooting, ballhandling, finishing, footwork, decision-making, and game-like concepts. This program is best suited for athletes in Grade 7 and above who already have basketball experience and are comfortable participating in structured skill workouts.
This year, we will be implementing a pre-program check-in to better understand what each athlete would like to improve. Throughout the summer, our coaches will help athletes work toward their goals, improve their weaknesses, and continue building confidence in their game.
All communication and scheduling will be done through TeamLinkt. Families will be added to TeamLinkt one week before the program begins.
