The Kelowna Summer League is a game-focused program designed to give athletes consistent gameplay in a fun, structured environment. Teams will be formed after the first session to help create balanced competition.
Thursdays: 5:15pm - 6:30pm OR 6:30pm - 7:45pm

July 16: Evaluation session
August 20: Consolation Games & Championship Game
One game per week
No practices
4v4 cross-court games
Two 24-minute running-time halves
Substitutions every 4 minutes
Athletes looking for additional skill development are encouraged to register for our summer camps and clinics.
2 points for shots made inside the arc
3 points for shots made outside the arc
1 point for a shooting foul
3 points for an And-1
3 points if a 3-point shooter is fouled
