Two Practice Time Options:
6:30pm - 7:45pm
7:45pm-9:00pm
Practice Emphasis: Skill Development
July 14, 21, August 4, 11, 18
Athletes will be assigned to one of the two practice times.
Thursdays – Game Day
Location: Vernon Christian School
Two Game Time Options:
6:30pm - 7:45pm
7:45pm-9:00pm
July 16, 23, 30, August 6, 13, 20
Teams will play during one of the two game blocks each week.
A complete game schedule will be released one week before the season begins.
Game Format
Games will be played 4v4.
Each game will consist of two 24-minute running-time halves.
Substitutions will take place every 4 minutes.
Scoring Rules:
1 point awarded for a shooting foul
3 points awarded for an And-1
3 points awarded if a 3-point shooter is fouled
