Practice Days
Our practice sessions are designed to build strong basketball fundamentals, with all players in the division training together.
When: Mondays at 4:00pm or 5:00pm (1 hour)
Location: Trinity Baptist Church (1905 Springfield Road)
Game Days
Game days feature 5-on-5 full-court games, played in 4 quarters of 8 minutes.
When: Thursdays at 5:30pm or 6:45pm
Location: Trinity Baptist Church (1905 Springfield Road)
Team Formation:
Teams will be formed after evaluating players at the first practice.
If teams appear clearly unbalanced, adjustments may be made within the first two games of the season to ensure competitive play.
A full season schedule will be released after evaluations.
Schedule requests for practice or game times must be submitted at least two weeks before the season begins.
Season Dates
December: 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18
January: 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29
February: 2, 5, 9, 12, 19, 26
March: 2, 5, 8 (Championship)
*No session Monday, February 16th (Family Day)
Uniform
A jersey is included in the registration fee.

Q: What grade/age group is this program for?
A: Grade 4/5 Boys
Q: When will I know my child’s practice and game time?
A: Approximately one week before the first session.
Q: What should my child bring?
A: Indoor basketball shoes, a water bottle, and athletic wear. Basketballs and jerseys will be provided.
Q: What if my child has to miss a session?
A: No problem. While consistent attendance is encouraged, we understand conflicts happen. Please let us know in advance if your child will be absent.

A: Teams are created after evaluating all athletes during the first practice. If teams are clearly unfair, adjustments will be made within the first two games.
