Practice Days
Our practice sessions are designed to build strong basketball fundamentals, with all players in the division training together.
When: Sundays, 10:00–11:30am or 11:30am–1:00pm
Location: Aberdeen Hall Preparatory School (950 Academy Way)
Game Days
Game days will feature 5-on-5 full-court games, played in 4 quarters of 8 minutes.
When: Tuesdays, with three possible game times:
4:15pm
5:30pm
6:45pm
Location: Trinity Baptist Church (1905 Springfield Road)
Teams will be formed following player evaluations at the first practice.
A full season schedule will be released after that session.
Schedule requests for practice or game times must be submitted at least two weeks before the season starts.

Q: What grade/age group is this program for?
A: Grade 6/7 Boys
Q: When will I know my child’s practice and game time?
A: Time slots are assigned after registration closes. You may submit a schedule request up to two weeks before the season begins.
Q: What should my child bring?
A: Indoor basketball shoes, a water bottle, and athletic wear. Basketballs and jerseys will be provided.
Q: What if my child has to miss a session?
A: No problem! While we encourage consistent attendance, we understand conflicts happen. Please let us know in advance if your child will be absent.
Q: How are teams formed?
A: Teams are created after evaluating all athletes during the first practice. We aim to build balanced, competitive teams across the division.
