Practice Days
Our practice sessions are designed to foster skill development, with all players in the division training together to improve their basketball fundamentals.
When: Fridays — 5:00pm–6:30pm or 6:30pm–8:00pm
Location: Kelowna Christian School (2870 Benvoulin Road)
Game Days
Game days will feature 4-on-4 full-court games, each consisting of 4 quarters of 8 minutes.
When: Sundays — 5:00pm–6:30pm or 6:30pm–8:00pm
Location: Aberdeen Preparatory School
Teams will be formed after evaluating players at the first practice.
A full season schedule will be released following that session.
Jerseys will be distributed at the first game and must be returned at the end of the season.
Schedule requests (for practice/game time) can be made up to 2 weeks before the season starts.

September: 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28
October: 3, 5, 10, 17, 19, 24, 26
November: 2, 7 (Championship Game)
Note: Only the top two teams will advance to the Championship Game on November 7.

A: This program is for Grade 9/10 Boys
Q: When will I know my child’s practice and game time?
A: Time slots will be assigned after registration closes. You can submit a schedule request up to two weeks before the season starts.
Q: What should my child bring?
A: Players should bring indoor basketball shoes, a water bottle, and athletic wear. Basketballs and jerseys are provided.
Q: What if my child has to miss a session?
A: No problem! While consistent attendance is encouraged, we understand that conflicts happen. Just let us know in advance if you'll miss a day.

A: Teams are created after evaluating all athletes during the first practice. We aim to create balanced, competitive teams across the division.

A: Playing 4-on-4 gives each athlete more touches, more space to operate, and more opportunity to develop decision-making and teamwork.
