Coaching & Supervision

Who This Program Is For
Self-motivated athletes who want extra reps during Spring Break
Players comfortable working independently or in small groups
Athletes looking to stay sharp heading into Spring leagues, tryouts, or training
While there is no strict age requirement, this program is best suited for athletes in Grades 8–12.
Participation & Focus Expectations
When athletes are in the gym, full engagement is expected.
This membership is built around intentional training, and athletes are expected to:
Work actively throughout the session
Follow the daily workout or complete a purposeful personal workout
Communicate with coaches for feedback or clarification
Interact positively with teammates and fellow athletes
Hanging out on phones is not permitted.
If an athlete attends a session, they are expected to be fully present — training, learning, competing, or communicating.
Athletes who are not engaged may be asked to rejoin the workout or return when ready to work.
Beginner Athletes
Beginner players are welcome to try the program; however, due to the self-directed nature of the workouts, this membership is best suited for experienced players. Athletes who prefer more structure and instruction may be better served in a camp or clinic setting.
Format & Structure
Open gym style membership
Program will be capped at 30 athletes
Athletes may:
Arrive late
Leave early
Attend on the days that fit their schedule
Players do not need to arrive at the start of the session or stay until the end
Think of this like a basketball open gym membership, similar to the YMCA — with added structure, supervision, and daily skill guidance.
Why Choose the Spring Break Membership
Spring Break is one of the best times for athletes to:
Build consistency
Increase shot volume
Maintain rhythm and confidence
Train without the pressure of a formal camp
This membership gives athletes the freedom to train how they want, with the expectations and environment needed to make that training productive.
