When: Thursdays, 4:00–5:30pm
Where: Trinity Baptist Church (1905 Springfield Road)

January: 8, 15, 22, 29
February: 5, 12, 19, 26

Each session will include:
20–30 minutes of warm-up and practice
A scrimmage (4 quarters x 8 minutes)
Players will rotate teams weekly rather than staying on the same roster. This ensures variety, balanced competition, and opportunities to develop with different teammates.
A jersey is included in the registration fee.
Our aim is to reach 18–20 athletes.
This allows us to create a solid player base for skill development and provide well-structured, competitive scrimmages each week.
